To become eligible for accreditation, we had to meet eight standards, including truthful advertising and selling, satisfactory customer service practices, and a consistent, reliable transaction record with customers. We received our national accreditation based on the BBB’s opinion of our customer service experience. The BBB also considers other factors, such as compliant history, type of business, length of time in business, transparency of business practices, licensing and government actions, and more.
